I made my husband adopt 2 cats when we were dating 3 years ago as a cruel joke. He likes to remind me that every time one of the cats eats an HDMI cable, knocks over a vase off the counter, starts chewing on the plants or somehow opens the bread box to eat whats inside. Don't get me wrong, I love them and they keep this house entertaining but there are some days I just wanna "accidentally" leave the door open.

Chicken Francese in 20min BAM 💥 4 chicken cutlets 2 tbls flour 2 eggs, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced 2 large lemons, thinly sliced 1c chicken broth 1/2c sherry wine 2tbsp butter, coated in flour ******************************************* -Cook Pasta per directions -Finely dice yellow onion, thinly slice 2 large lemons, chop parsley -Crack eggs and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Whisk -Coat chicken in flour, then egg and fry until nice and brown. Set aside. -Add chicken broth, sherry wine and bring to a boil. Add onion. Simmer until reduced by some. Add butter coated in flour. Simmer. Sauce should thicken up. Add chicken and place the lemon sliced on top. Simmer until warmed and chicken soaks up the juices. -coat pasta in the 1/2 of the lemon juices And serve the chicken on top followed by the rest of the juices. #chickenfrancese #chickendinner #chickenwinner #chicken #homecooking #easyprep #easydinner

Veggie Pizza Dough: 3/4c Luke warm water 1tsp active dry yeast (fleishmans) *WHISK together in a large bowl* 1/4tsp kosher salt 2c Artisan Bread Flour -combine until sticky then turn out dough onto a flat surface and knead until all the flour is combined, about 5min. Place dough in an oiled bowl and cover. Let it rise until doubled in size or until ready to use. Usually about 1-2hrs. -Once ready, turn out dough and form 1 large pizza or 2 smaller pies. Flour a baking sheet and spread dough starting from the middle. Add toppings.
