Salmon and Pasta w/ sauteed Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach

Ingredients
1 box of Pasta
1 Veggie or Chicken Bouillon Cube (optional)
10 oz Cherry Tomatoes, halved
10 oz Spinach, roughly chopped
1/2 Onion (any kind), diced
3 cloves of Garlic, minced
2 tbs Olive Oil
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Black Pepper
Salt, to taste
Salmon
6oz Salmon Filet per person
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Handful of tomatoes, halved
1 clove of Garlic, minced
Tin/Aluminum Foil to bake in
Directions
Cook Pasta per instructions but add 1 bouillon cube to the water.
Season the salmon with a little olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning on both sides,. Place salmon in the center of the foil, add some garlic and a few tomatoes on top. Tent and close the foil around the salmon. Cook for 20min at 350F.
Prep the remaining tomatoes, spinach, onion and garlic
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3min, stirring. Add 1/2 the garlic and cook until fragrant, addition 1 min. Add spinach in handfuls and let it cook down. Season salt and pepper. Remove spinach, onion and garlic to a large bowl, including juices (if there is any).
Add remaining garlic to the pan and cook for a minute keeping it from burning. Add tomatoes, season and cook until juices start releasing. Add tomatoes to the bowl with the spinach.
When pasta is done, combine it in the bowl with the spinach and tomatoes. Add HALF of the Parmesan cheese and toss. Divide into bowls.
Add Salmon on top of pasta and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
